Refund Policy
Our refund policy lasts 30 days, subject to exclusions, please see below.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Products eligible for refunds must be in new condition with original packaging. Not torn, used or damaged.
If the product you have purchased arrives damaged in transit, please, let us know within 3 days of receiving an item. You can do so by sending an email to vn202204@gmail.com or via a Contact form on Contact page.
We could either send you a replacement product or provide you with a refund depending on your preferred option.
For all return products customers must contact us for the returning address. It is strongly recommended that you return the item/s via registered post. VicsArt will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged if you choose not to return by registered post.
After returning the product to the address provided, we can send you a new item free of charge if you requested a replacement.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for the exchange process.
Refunds will be made within 3 days upon receipt of the returned item.
Postage costs to return an item will be refunded where the return is initiated owing to our error, for example:
No returns on Promotional Sales or Discounted Orders.
We are not responsible for packages that are stolen from your delivery address or if the post office is unable to deliver to your address due to incorrect address given or if they are unable to gain entry/access.
